All of your skulls are so well done! It's simply astonishing how accurate you are! Clap

Hey! Great to find another "wood-collegue" :aww:  I had a look through your gallery and really like the idea to carve skulls out of wood - really original!
And this one I like the most.....because it also has a quite strong "message" by guitarcraze

You should, I've had a lot of fun trying to get them as detailed as possible. Very challenging.

No prob! Wish I had the money to buy one from you but I don't. I'm a BS in Forensic Anthropology and I would love a close up just to see how detailed you got it. It looks awesome from the pic.

[link] This one is the most detailed one that I have made, it has a detatched mandible. I have not done a clavarium cut skull with the cranium hollowed and detailed, that's a level of obsession that I have not reached. I think that this would push the time invoved in making one well past the 200 hour mark.

WoW! All it needs are the sutures and I think my teachers would fall in love with it! Amazing work!

I tried that on a couple, but the delicate lines get lost in the grain of the wood. carving such a fine line deeply enough to show well made them larger than the actually are. Thanks again for your kind words.
